These manifolds are 40mm at the Carburetor mounting face and 33mm ID at the head face, this is as big as one can reliably go on a standard head casting and suits our bespoke Manifold gaskets.

Fabricated from steel, TIG welded assembly, this gives the benefit of a thinner wall tubing to give easier access to do the bolts up, always a problem with larger port sizes.

We have also incorporated an additional central hole in the manifold flange to allow for further fastening to the head if required.

These manifold are hand fabricated from laser cut flanges, All finished by hand and each manifold is checked to ensure the bolt and washer will clear the tubes.

Carb flanges are drilled with a 6mm pilot hole to enable customers choice of fasteners.

They do fit with a 105 speed exhaust manifold, and should fit most good quality 1 1/2" primary pipe exhaust manifolds.

Flange face to face dimension is 95mm, carburettor flanges are also kicked at 5 degrees to help clearance

we do keep a stock of flanges also enabling us to fabricate to bespoke layout if required, please ask.
