A new build 1500 GT precrossflow engine bored +090 with Hepolite AE pistons, balanced, shot peened and new rings Lightened and balanced shot peened conrods with HD bolts The head has new bronze valve guides fitted, It also has hardened exhaust valve seats for unleaded re cut as new valves, cotters and caps shot peened. ported and chambered with a skim for fast road use with heavy duty springs and 10:1 CR new heavy duty ACL bearings throughout, new CAT cams 234 cam and followers new timing chain on as new sprockets, cam correctly timed in. new oil pump and new water pump. reconditioned Twin cam distributor with lumenition leads and new plugs. Throbnozzle Racing aluminium rocker cover This engine is essentially a blue printed as new 1500GT engine prepared for my MK1 estate which we use as an everyday runaround, the spec is designed to run on std GT manifolds and carburetor which I can supply also for an additional price if required. This engine should provide a smooth drivable and enjoyable fast road spec which quite frankly is far more appropriate for general use than many of the hotter engines we build. Engine is complete statically set up and ready to drop straight into a car.
